Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Manila Cleaning Services Ltd. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our commercial properties.

Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to prevent dust buildup and maintain a healthy atmosphere
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to ensure a clean and tidy space
  • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain high standards of hygiene
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to prevent the spread of germs and maintain a clean environment
  • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized space
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as required to maintain a high level of cleanliness
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and tidy appearance
  • Clean changing rooms and showers to ensure a clean and hygienic environment
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
