About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Texcan, a leading distributor of electrical products and solutions. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of inventory, orders, and shipments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct pre-shift inspections of forklifts, including battery maintenance, to ensure safe operation.
  • Maintain a high level of safety compliance when operating forklifts and report any unsafe work conditions.
  • Monitor and track inventory levels, accurately recording and reporting any discrepancies or issues.
  • Adhere to established standards and processes in the warehouse, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.
  • Process orders, accurately picking and packing products for shipment.
  • Assist with general cleaning and maintenance of the warehouse environment.
  • Participate in re-certification for forklift operation, as required.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • First Aid, WHMIS, or Forklift Certification preferred.
  • Forklift experience is essential.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Minimum 2+ years of warehouse, production, or general labor-related experience.
  • Pass a background check and physical test.
