Position Overview

The Retail Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of store activities and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks to sales personnel effectively.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff members.
  • Authorize merchandise returns as necessary.
  • Engage in direct sales of products.
  • Compile and present reports on sales performance, inventory management, and staff issues.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply challenges.
  • Maintain and organize inventory levels.
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of team members.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsible for supervising a team of 1 to 2 individuals.

Work Environment
