The Junior Project Manager, Facilities Operations is responsible for coordinating various stakeholders involved in facility development initiatives to meet defined goals. This role involves planning, organizing, leading, controlling, and evaluating construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in line with established quality standards. Collaborating closely with internal clients, the individual oversees the construction and renovation of service points and clinics across the network.Your Main Responsibilities
Address client concerns, implementing suitable solutions and corrective actions;Continuously define and manage project expectations and requirements with team members and stakeholders;Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints for managed projects;Analyze, design, and oversee special programs and projects relevant to the role;Foster and maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners, vendors, and associations to optimize project outcomes;Contribute to the preparation of pertinent management reports for informed decision-making;Collect necessary information from internal clients for project execution;Establish construction budgets;Coordinate facility assessments with external partners;Secure necessary construction permits and ensure their visibility;Coordinate the development of plans and schedules with external partners;Collaborate with landlords to ensure project alignment;Manage construction bids and contracts;Prepare construction agreements;Coordinate internal and external marketing efforts with the marketing and sales teams;Order furnishings and accessories, monitoring their delivery;Key Information
Full-time permanent position – 37.5 hours per week;Hybrid work model with travel to service points as required.The Ideal Candidate
College diploma in architecture or a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience);Strong knowledge of project management principles;Bilingual in French and English (both oral and written);Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;A collaborative team player with strong organizational and decision-making abilities;Results-driven and adaptable to change.
