Job Title: Instrument Maintenance Mechanic

Olympic Controls is seeking a skilled Instrument Maintenance Mechanic to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Instrument Maintenance Mechanic to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and calibrations of various instruments and systems. The successful candidate will have a strong background in instrumentation and control systems, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and test instruments and systems to identify any issues or malfunctions
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on instruments and systems, including calibration and adjustment
  • Conduct thorough testing and maintenance reports to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Remove and replace defective parts, and install new measuring instruments as needed
  • Determine testing and maintenance procedures to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of instruments and systems
Requirements:
  • Industrial Instrument Mechanic Trade Certification
  • Instrumentation and Control Technicians (Red Seal)
  • Valid driver's licence
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in instrumentation and control systems
Work Environment:

This is an on-the-road job, with various locations and a 40-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work under pressure, with manual dexterity, attention to detail, and efficient interpersonal skills.
