About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate live-in caregiver to join our team at Dana Naji. As a key member of our household, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to our children.

Responsibilities
  • Childcare and Education
    • Develop and implement engaging activities to promote cognitive and physical development
    • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks
    • Establish a safe and healthy environment, adhering to all necessary safety protocols
  • Household Management
    • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
    • Manage laundry and ironing
    • Assist with meal planning and grocery shopping
  • Emotional Support
    • Provide emotional support and comfort to our children
    • Help with emotional regulation and coping strategies
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Manage schedules and appointments
    • Keep track of medication and medical needs
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience
    • At least 3 years of experience in childcare or a related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Flexibility and adaptability
