The Role:

As a Field Manager, you will have the chance to engage with diverse individuals, allowing your naturally vibrant and enthusiastic personality to shine while enjoying the experience. This role presents an exhilarating opportunity for those committed to ongoing learning, personal development, and collaborative knowledge sharing within a dynamic and growing organization.

A Day in The Life:

  • Overseeing all onsite activations and managing a team of 30-40 brand ambassadors.
  • Coordinating training and scheduling for all brand ambassadors during events and activations.
  • Interacting with customers as necessary and conveying essential messages regarding our client's products and services.
  • Performing weekly administrative tasks, including collecting and verifying timesheets, entering employee data and payroll information into the system, and addressing employee inquiries regarding payroll.
  • Responsible for managing the setup and breakdown of event materials onsite.
  • Ensuring all brand ambassadors adhere to instructions and protocols onsite, including proper uniform wear, setup and teardown procedures, key messaging delivery, daily reporting, and inventory management.
  • Monitoring and managing supplies and program assets while regularly updating the office team on inventory status.
  • Willingness and flexibility to work outside standard operating hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays) and travel (primarily local) as required.
  • The successful candidate must provide proof of a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for client onsite events and meetings.

Are You The One?

  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in Sports and/or Event Marketing is ideal and considered an asset.
  • Previous experience as a brand ambassador or in customer service roles.
  • Knowledge of sports and being a fan is advantageous.
  • Exceptional ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, remaining resourceful, accountable, and proactive.
  • Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs as needed.
  • Willingness and flexibility to work outside standard operating hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays) and travel (primarily local) as required.
  • Must provide proof of a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for client onsite events and meetings.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication (oral and written), presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent listening, analytical, attention to detail, prioritization, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
