Key Responsibilities:

As an Event Marketing Coordinator, your primary objective will be to collaborate with fellow marketing event assistants, sales representatives, and customer service representatives to generate branded client events from inception to execution.

Daily Duties Include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Achieving personal and team sales targets through daily interactions at various event locations
  • Providing accurate and comprehensive information to ensure customers receive the best possible deals
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers through open and engaging communication
  • Working closely with management to identify needs and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Overseeing the overall appearance, layout, and design of events
  • Collaborating with marketing and public relations teams to attract new customers to events

Qualifications:
