About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Painter and Decorator to join our team at Nour Al Sham Exteriors LTD. As a key member of our exterior finishing team, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and painting surfaces to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks and holes.
  • Mix and apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Erect scaffolding and swing stages, and attach rigging as required.
  • Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls.
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in a safe and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in painting and decorating, with a focus on exterior finishing.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Excellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
  • Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
