Responsibilities:- Assess patients to identify appropriate nursing interventions and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician, ensuring accurate dosing and monitoring of patient responses.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- Document patient information, including vital signs, medication administration, and treatment plans, in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and optimize care delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current registration with the relevant nursing regulatory body.
- Experience working in an intensive care unit or similar setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain a high level of accuracy in a dynamic setting.
