About the Role
The Fashion Sales Associate will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by being approachable, listening to customers' needs, and inspiring confidence. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer a personalized shopping experience that fosters positive relationships with customers and encourages loyalty.
- Assume a cashier role while utilizing knowledge of sales, promotions, and product information to increase sales of related items.
- Ensure that all visual presentation standards are met by regularly inspecting the sales floor.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is an asset.
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
