Job Summary

Kleenway Building Maintenance Services Inc is seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our commercial facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and control the operations of commercial facilities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and solicit potential clients, assess their needs, and recommend the appropriate goods or services to meet their requirements.
  • Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in facility management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and vendors.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
