The Team:
The mission of our MEGA brand design team is to conceptualize, develop, and execute cutting-edge visual communication strategies that effectively promote and sell our products across various platforms, including packaging and marketing materials. Through close collaboration with both internal and external experts, we strive to deliver creative visual solutions that strengthen our brand and ensure the worldwide success of our offerings.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic graphic designer. The ideal candidate will possess creativity, independence, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Reporting to the Associate Graphic Manager, this individual will collaborate closely with the brand design department, product teams, brand managers, and various project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop original and innovative graphics for diverse marketing channels, including product packaging, e-commerce visuals, website components, and social media, while adhering to established guidelines and strategies.
- Clearly communicate design concepts for feedback and approval.
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and development teams to grasp project requirements and objectives.
- Coordinate with external agencies for the production of specific asset suites.
- Manage timelines and priorities effectively, ensuring high-quality output.
- Stay updated with new technologies, trends, and advancements in graphic design.
Qualifications:
- DEC in graphic design.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Adobe XD) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong creativity and critical thinking abilities.
- Adaptability to change.
- Solid understanding of the creative process and the ability to translate guidelines into engaging visual elements that resonate with target audiences.
- Genuine interest in marketing, graphic design, toys, and video games, with awareness of emerging trends.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Team-oriented, energetic, with a strong work ethic, capable of working independently or collaboratively.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and develop professionally.
- Demonstrated growth mindset, characterized by curiosity, embracing challenges, and continuous self-improvement.
