We are actively looking for skilled Concrete Sidewalk and Curb Finishers to join our Construction Division. In this position, you will collaborate with our concrete team to execute sidewalk and curb construction projects. Your duties will encompass setting up forms, overseeing concrete placement, finishing surfaces, operating vibrators, utilizing finishing tools, and ensuring proper surface curing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure form accuracy
  • Oversee concrete placement
  • Execute concrete finishing tasks
  • Utilize power tools effectively
  • Apply curing sealants
  • Conduct safety assessments
  • Remove forms post-project

Compensation:

$25 to $38 per hour, commensurate with experience

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in concrete finishing
  • Background in construction

Specific Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a concrete finisher
  • Experience in a leadership role
  • A proactive growth mindset
