Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Howard Johnson Grande Prairie. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for our guests and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, and polish floors to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, and equipment
  • Vacuum and clean carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture
  • Make beds and change sheets in guest rooms
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to guests
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Ability to lift, bend, and move heavy objects
  • Reliability and punctuality
