About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dental Office Receptionist at Dr. George Chan. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Directing Patients

You will be the first point of contact for our patients, greeting them warmly and directing them to the appropriate area of the office.

Processing Information and Scheduling Appointments

You will be responsible for obtaining and processing information required to provide customer service, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records.

Handling Payments and Performing Clerical Duties

You will be responsible for receiving and issuing payments, as well as performing various clerical duties such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail.

Answering Phones and Relaying Messages

You will be responsible for answering phone calls and relaying messages to the appropriate staff members.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
