Job Title: Records Office Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Records Office Supervisor to join our team at Sunrise Freight Systems Inc.

Job Summary:

The Records Office Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the records office, ensuring the smooth operation of equipment, and providing technical advice to team members. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Ensure smooth operation of equipment
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Willing to relocate
  • 5-10 people supervised
  • MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Microsoft Publisher
Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail are required for this role.
