About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our team at Reitmans. As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in driving store success by leading and directing a team of sales associates to achieve sales and profit goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team to ensure the store is achieving company objectives and KPI goals.
  • Merchandise Strategies: Implement effective merchandise strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Team Development: Coach, mentor, and provide on-the-spot feedback to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Communication: Maintain an effective and open line of communication with the Store Manager and District Manager.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: At least 6 months of leadership and/or supervisory experience in a customer experience-based environment.
  • Team Mobilization: Experience mobilizing a team towards a common goal.
  • Education: High School graduate or GED equivalent.
  • Adaptability: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while being committed to creating an amazing customer experience.
  • Availability: Ability to work evenings and weekends.
