About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cabinetmakers Foreman/Supervisor to join our team at CN Architectural Millwork and Construction Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the work of cabinetmakers, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
  • Prepare and Manage production reports, schedules, and budgets to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
  • Recruit and Train new team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the company's expectations.
  • Ensure Health and Safety protocols are followed, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Coordinate Materials and Supplies to meet project demands, working closely with suppliers and vendors.
  • Read and Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate project execution.
Requirements
  • Cabinetmaker Trade Certification or equivalent experience.
  • 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the cabinetmaking or millwork industry.
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong Organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Basic Security Clearance and a valid driver's license.
