Job Summary:

The Food Concession Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food concession stands, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and supervising a team of food service staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development
  • Estimate and manage food and supply inventory
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
