Job Title: SNAP Trainer Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SNAP Trainer Consultant to join our team at Cyc Net. As a key member of our Training and Implementation team, you will play a vital role in delivering training and supporting the implementation of our evidence-based cognitive behavioural model, SNAP.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver training sessions to Affiliate sites, leveraging our detailed manuals and presentations to ensure effective implementation of the SNAP model.
  • Nurture ongoing success by providing consulting and advisory services to Affiliate sites, ensuring alignment with our program requirements and evidence-based standards.
  • Maintain documentation of consultation, training, and community-related activities using the SNAP Implementation Tool.
  • Support the development of new training and resource materials, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the research team to create evaluations that track the effectiveness of training sessions, including telephone surveys and Affiliate site reviews.
Requirements:
  • Experience delivering and supporting multi-modal training, ideally in a school or community setting.
  • Proven ability to nurture relationships with program sponsors, providers, and participants, ensuring successful implementation and execution of our programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your presentation style to engage diverse groups and individuals.
  • Ability to work in a highly distractible environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands while achieving established benchmarks and KPIs.
  • Flexibility to work on-site and travel within Canada as needed.
