Legal Counsel of Risk

We are seeking a skilled legal professional to join our team as an In-House Counsel for our Dutch entity in Amsterdam.
About the Role:As a Legal Counsel of Risk, you will work closely with our management board to provide essential legal and corporate advice, ensuring our operations adhere to the highest legal standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing ongoing legal and corporate advice, including drafting internal documents, resolutions, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinating the work of external law firms to ensure efficient and effective legal support.
- Collaborating closely with legal counsel from other companies within our international group.
An expert in corporate and commercial law with at least 3 years of experience, ideally in the life sciences or biotechnology sectors.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
A proactive, independent professional with strong organizational skills.
Someone who thrives in an international, fast-paced environment and is eager to tackle new challenges.
