Job Title: Millwright Technician

We are seeking a skilled Millwright Technician to join our team at The Bucket Shop\Steeltec. As a Millwright Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment in our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment, including conveyor systems, industrial engines, and machining tools.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubricating machinery, replacing parts, and performing safety inspections.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, and implement repairs and maintenance to prevent future issues.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth production operations and meet production targets.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure equipment is properly maintained and running efficiently.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as millwrighting or mechanical engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of machinery and equipment, including conveyor systems, industrial engines, and machining tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with other team members.
