Job Summary:

The University of Manitoba is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accreditation Administrator to join our team. As an Accreditation Administrator, you will play a critical role in coordinating all communications and documentation related to the Rady Faculty Health Sciences Accreditation processes and other Quality Improvement projects assigned to this office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all communications and documentation related to accreditation processes and quality improvement projects.
  • Support the organization and coordination of all applicable processes and procedures in the accreditation processes for programs.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records of accreditation processes and quality improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with faculty and university senior academic administrators/staff to ensure effective communication and coordination of accreditation processes.
  • Provide administrative support to the Director, Integrated Accreditation Unit, and Senior Accreditation Consultant and Accreditation Analyst.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate/Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
  • One year of directly-related administrative experience.
  • Experience in supporting administrative processes in higher education for a health sciences discipline is preferred.
  • Experience with accreditation standards and/or quality improvement in higher education is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in organizing and hosting large in-person or virtual events is required.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in Adobe Acrobat Professional features in creating large complex text-searchable documents from any authoring application.
  • Knowledge of Survey Platforms including: developing survey structure and selecting question types; organizing logical relationship and setting conditions; publishing and administering the survey; collecting responses and providing preliminary data analysis is an asset.
