Restaurant Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 632069 BC Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor revenues and labour costs to optimize profitability
  • Supervise staff performance and provide coaching and training as needed
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning and inventory management
  • Recruit and hire staff to meet business needs
  • Set staff work schedules and ensure adequate coverage
  • Conduct performance reviews and address customer complaints
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
