Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated **General Labourer** to join our team at La Crete RONA Building Center. This role involves various physical tasks that are essential for maintaining efficient operations within our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • **Material Handling**: Check and weigh materials and products to ensure accuracy.
  • **Sorting and Packaging**: Sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products as required.
  • **Assistance**: Support machine operators, assemblers, and other workers in their tasks.
  • **Cleaning Duties**: Maintain cleanliness of machines and immediate work areas.
  • **Assembly Work**: Assemble small and large household electrical appliances as needed.
Transportation Information

Please note that public transportation is not available for this position.

Work Environment

The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and handle repetitive tasks, including lifting heavy loads. Key physical capabilities include:

  • **Attention to Detail**: Ensure accuracy in all tasks.
  • **Hand-Eye Coordination**: Perform tasks requiring precise movements.
  • **Physical Stamina**: Ability to stand for extended periods and engage in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
