Construction Labourer

We are seeking a reliable Construction Labourer to join our team at Checkmark Services Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Load, unload and transport construction materials to various locations on site.
- Operate mobile and tower cranes to lift, move, position or place equipment and materials safely and efficiently.
- Clean and lubricate cranes regularly to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs in accordance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Operate cranes mounted on boats or barges to lift, move and place equipment and materials in marine environments.
- Clean and pile salvaged materials for reuse or recycling.
- Perform routine maintenance work to ensure the smooth operation of equipment and tools.
- Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites to maintain a safe working environment.
- Direct traffic at or near construction sites to minimize disruptions and ensure public safety.
- Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
- Experience: Will train on the job.
- Work site environment: Outdoors, at heights, noisy, dusty.
- Work setting: Urban area, various locations, rural area, construction site.
- Transportation: Public transportation available.
- Physical capabilities: Physically demanding, work under pressure, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads.
- Weight handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
- Personal suitability: Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, reliability, team player, hardworking.
