Job Title: Transportation Logistics Supervisor

GOLD LEAF TRUCK LINES INC. is seeking a highly skilled Transportation Logistics Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery to minimize downtime.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed in a timely manner.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train workers in duties and policies to ensure a high level of performance.
  • Arrange training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to support logistics operations.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
