Senior Microsoft Sales Associate

Are you passionate about working with people and Microsoft products? We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Sales Associate to be the face of the Windows store within Best Buy. In this role, you will be equipped with the skills and knowledge to confidently assist our customers.
This role requires periodic offsite training and the ability to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for sharing your passion and knowledge of Microsoft products with customers and team members, helping customers find the perfect Microsoft product or solution, and creating an amazing customer experience.
We are looking for someone with 1 to 2 years' experience in retail, knowledgeable of Microsoft products, and enthusiastic to welcome and assist customers. You will also have the opportunity to participate in ongoing training provided by Microsoft and grow your career in similar roles or development roles.
