Senior Microsoft Sales Associate

Are you passionate about working with people and Microsoft products? We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Sales Associate to be the face of the Windows store within Best Buy. In this role, you will be equipped with the skills and knowledge to confidently assist our customers.
This role requires periodic offsite training and a commitment to maintaining an inclusive, safe, and fun working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Share your passion and knowledge of Microsoft products with customers and team members
- Help customers find the perfect Microsoft product or solution and respond to their questions
- Create an amazing customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training provided by Microsoft
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years' experience in retail
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft products
- Enthusiasm to welcome and assist customers
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment
