Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Titan Environmental. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the budgeting process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including month-end, quarterly, and year-end reports.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
- Conduct operational trend analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize business performance.
- Manage and maintain financial reporting records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration with a major in finance or accounting.
- 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis, with expertise in tools such as Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
