Cabinetmaker's Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at S WOODWORKS INC as a Cabinetmaker's Assistant. This is a permanent position that offers a 40-hour workweek and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Equipment Operation: Assist in the operation of pile driving cranes to drive pilings into the earth to provide support for buildings and other structures.
- Construction Support: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
- Site Maintenance: Clean and pile salvaged materials, perform routine maintenance work, and clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
- Debris Removal: Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
- Machine Operation: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
- Site Safety: Direct traffic at or near construction sites.
- We welcome applicants who are newcomers or refugees and do not require Canadian work experience.
- This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek.
- The work language is English.
