Fortinet is seeking a talented Full Stack Web Developer to join its FortiClient team. This team is responsible for developing several of Fortinet's client software applications. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to engage in full stack web development and contribute to various aspects of software development within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, research, and develop the FortiClient EMS software
  • Implement and manage microservices architecture to enhance system performance and scalability
  • Stay current with the latest trends in frontend and backend web application development

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years' relevant work experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with web frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, Express.js)
  • Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, Vue.js)
  • Familiarity with RESTful API design principles
  • Ability to work well in a team development environment

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., MS SQL, PostgreSQL)
  • Experience with Python, Go
  • Experience with network topology and security
  • Experience with Docker containers

The base salary range for this full-time position is expected to be between $90,000 - $110,000 annually. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, and experience.
