At Hasbro, we're passionate about creating immersive gaming experiences that captivate players worldwide. As a Senior Environment Artist, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our games.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our Art Director and Environment Manager to create stunning environments that transport players to new worlds.
  • Design and implement architectural kits, environments, and objects that bring our game worlds to life.
  • Work closely with Game Designers to craft engaging and interactive environments that enhance the player experience.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of mood, lighting, composition, color, staging, and architecture to create visually stunning environments.
  • Solve complex technical and artistic problems to ensure seamless integration with our game engine.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of junior artists, sharing your expertise and passion for environment art.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in AAA game development, with a proven track record as a Senior Environment Artist.
  • Exceptional understanding of visual storytelling, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating immersive experiences.
  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in Maya, Substance Painter, and Photoshop, and experience with Unreal Engine.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and a willingness to take on new challenges.
