Job Description

The Employee Relations Manager - Investigations & Conflict Resolution plays a pivotal role in driving the company's employee relations and labour relations strategies forward. This position is responsible for providing expert guidance in the direction, coordination, implementation, and administration of employee relations and labour relations initiatives, with a specific focus on investigations and conflict resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive employee relations and labour relations strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and support to management and employees on employee relations and labour relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and administer employee relations and labour relations policies and procedures.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and concerns, and provide recommendations for resolution.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills in employee relations and labour relations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in employee relations and labour relations, with a focus on investigations and conflict resolution.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, as well as labour relations principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and provide sound recommendations for resolution.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
