Agro Support Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Agro Coordinator is a key member of our team at Federated Co-operatives Limited, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the efficient operation of our fertilizer shed and other assets. This role requires a strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with maintenance and upkeep of fertilizer assets, including storage sheds, fertilizer legs, augers, spreaders, and delivery trucks.
- Support the receiving and loading of inventory as needed, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Unload feed trucks, miscellaneous cattle equipment, fence posts, canola seed, chemicals, and twine, and deliver fertilizer, chemicals, seed, feed, and cattle equipment to farmers and our site at The Pas.
- Develop expertise in certifying NH3 tanks for backup purposes.
- Contribute to site maintenance, including snow removal, lot grading, weed control, and mowing.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Agro Manager.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of related experience in agriculture or a related field.
- Class 5 driver's license.
- Ability to operate heavy-duty equipment while ensuring safety rules and regulations are followed.
- Comfortable working with NH3.
- Ability to fulfill physical job requirements, including manual labor and occasional heavy lifting.
- Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to multi-task and problem-solve.
- Honesty, trustworthiness, results-oriented, and a commitment to excellence.
