Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Onoway Bottle Depot Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Authorize payments, returns, and other financial transactions in accordance with company policies.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and secure work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff members.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, including scheduling and task allocation.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Basic security clearance and ability to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
