About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our transportation and communications operations at BHAGAT LOGISTICS LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Establish and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to support the execution of organizational objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to ensure the success of the organization.
  • Communication and Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
  • Operational Management: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate, relocation costs covered by employer, transportation provided
  • Work Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
