  • Develop and document HL7 v2 interfaces for the Provincial PACS project and potentially other HL7 v2 integrations, ensuring seamless data exchange and system interoperability.
  • Participate in regular status meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, test, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Work closely with IT professionals and business stakeholders to meet business requirements, deliver high-performance results, and drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure successful solution implementation, aligning with business objectives and technical standards.
  • Monitor, performance-tune, and troubleshoot application and environment issues to meet high system availability standards, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Manage technical scope and client expectations, providing expert guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT and software development, with a strong focus on integration and system architecture.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • 3 years of demonstrated experience developing HL7 v2x interfaces with Microsoft BizTalk 2013/2016/2020, with a strong understanding of HL7 standards and messaging protocols.
  • 5 years of experience leading technical design and technical requirements gathering sessions, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
  • 3 years of experience in application Integration design and implementation, with a strong understanding of system integration patterns and principles.
  • 3 years of experience with SQL Server Queries, SOA, RESTful API, and/or WCF programming, with a strong understanding of data modeling and database design.
  • 3 years of experience with Microsoft programming languages such as C#,.NET; XML, and XSLT, with a strong understanding of software development best practices.
