This position operates in a hybrid work model, requiring in-office attendance three days a week, with flexibility in choosing the days that suit you best.

We are looking for a qualified Senior Analyst to join our Sales Compensation Delivery team. This role demands a detail-oriented individual who performs with high accuracy and efficiency, is well-organized, and demonstrates ownership and initiative in achieving objectives. The ideal candidate will possess effective communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a process-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the compensation process, including commission calculations, payments, and reporting.
  • Develop and optimize databases and SQL queries necessary for commission calculations while establishing best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT teams on system fixes and ticketing processes.
  • Create and update documentation for setup processes.
  • Conduct reporting and analytics on commission payments.
  • Implement special projects and handle ad hoc requests as needed.
  • Ensure operational controls for payment processes are established and functioning effectively.
  • Propose proactive solutions to minimize compensation inquiries and escalations.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings to identify and address compensation issues.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert in cross-functional projects to deliver innovative compensation solutions.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Data, or HR analysis roles.
  • Strong time management, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
  • Extensive experience in data management, process setup, and analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel is required.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server is essential.
  • Familiarity with V21 and Maestro is preferred.
  • Experience in the telecommunications sector is an asset.
  • Previous experience with commissions is beneficial.
