Job Title: Content Marketing Lead

At Relay, we're on a mission to empower small businesses to succeed. As our Content Marketing Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our content strategy, driving impactful initiatives, and increasing awareness among U.S. small business owners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy to position Relay as the leading business banking solution for U.S.-based small businesses.
  • Lead a team of content managers in creating high-quality content that drives meaningful growth in registrations, approvals, lead capture, product utilization, and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute mission-critical content projects that directly impact Relay's company strategy and goals.
  • Design and optimize systems and processes for consistently creating valuable content across various platforms, including digital, blogs, newsletters, webinars, video, social media, print, and experiential.
  • Analyze and report on the impact of Relay's content, using insights to shape strategy and drive better outcomes.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for content and campaigns, working with the data team to generate high-quality reports.
  • Maintain content quality, integrity, and consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Manage external resources, such as freelance writers and designers, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
  • Conduct ongoing research and customer interviews to inform industry-leading opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date on competitor content and industry trends to support high-quality output.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of content marketing experience, with a proven track record of driving measurable growth.
  • Experience leading content teams and developing high-quality content that resonates with customers.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform content decisions.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, scrappy environment and adapt to change.
  • Passion for small businesses and their owners/operators.
