We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Mount St. Mary Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in promoting the quality of life of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing care for your assigned residents, ensuring that their needs are met within the scope of your practice.
- Maintain a resident-centered care environment by empowering residents to make informed decisions about their care, and involving them and their families in care planning.
- Collaborate with the Resident Care Team and House Team to provide high-quality care that meets our resident care standards.
Requirements:
- Graduation from a recognized program for Practical Nurses or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Current full practicing license with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of $28.43 to $32.98, plus benefits and vacation as outlined in the HEABC NBA Provincial Collective Agreement.
