About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative - Inside Sales to join our team at Wesco International, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales techniques and relationship-building with existing and potential customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and outside sales, to ensure alignment and achieve sales goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and performance metrics.
- Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
