Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, ensuring they are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing support and guidance as required.
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, highlighting any issues or concerns.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Security Guard License.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods.
  • Flexibility and reliability.
Work Environment:

The Security Supervisor will work in a variety of locations, including offices, warehouses, and other commercial properties. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of physical activity.
