Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Regent Security Services Ltd.
Job Summary:The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedules of security personnel to ensure adequate coverage and effective use of resources.
- Emergency Response: Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, providing guidance and support to security personnel and clients as needed.
- Coordination: Collaborate with other departments and work units to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Training and Development: Provide technical guidance and training to security personnel, focusing on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Certifications and Licenses: Ensure that all security personnel hold the necessary certifications and licenses, including the Security Guard License.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a security-related role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
