Key Responsibilities:- Manage software requests from internal and external clients, gathering technical details and providing solutions remotely.
- Support teams with escalations on loyalty products and provide production terminal troubleshooting.
- Manage software version updates, bug fixes, patches, enhancements, hardware deployment, and installation.
- Provide team support and remote management support for software loading guides and terminal troubleshooting.
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- 8-12 years' experience working with software and hardware, with advanced experience in product, hardware, and system installations.
- System administration and database experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Project management and network experience in a technical capacity.
