Required Skills & Experience:

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a related discipline, or equivalent experienceMinimum of 5 years of experience in software engineeringAt least 2 years of experience working on machine learning-related products or solutionsDeep understanding of Python software development frameworks and ecosystemsAbility to produce clean, reusable, maintainable, and thoroughly tested codeWillingness to learn and adopt new and emerging technologiesStrong collaboration and communication skills, functioning effectively within a multidisciplinary teamInterest in practical applications and their impactExperience with cloud computing developmentExtensive familiarity with Agile methodologiesExperience implementing CI/CD, DevOps, and SDLC principles in application development

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Experience integrating machine learning solutions into production-grade software and understanding ModelOps and MLOps principlesPrior exposure to Natural Language Processing (NLP) challenges and familiarity with key tasks such as Named Entity Recognition (NER), Information Extraction, and Information RetrievalAbility to bridge the gap between research and engineering methodologiesKnowledge of automation, system monitoring, and cloud-native applications, with experience in AWS or Azure (or a similar cloud platform)Hands-on experience with additional programming or scripting languages (Java, Rust, Scala, TypeScript, etc.)Practical experience in developing AI solutions utilizing LLMs / ML APIs
