Job Summary

The Head Baker will be responsible for overseeing the baking process, ensuring high-quality products, and supervising a team of baking personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recipe Development: Create and implement new recipes for our menu items, including cakes, pastries, and desserts.
  • Baking and Decorating: Bake and decorate cakes and pastries to meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of baking personnel to ensure they are meeting our quality and productivity standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure our products meet our high standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Skills: Strong baking and decorating skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills.
Work Environment

The Head Baker will work in a bakery environment, with regular exposure to flour, sugar, and other baking ingredients. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and be able to lift heavy loads.
