Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Store Manager to join our team at Revolution Yacht Experience Ltd. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize daily store operations, including inventory management and supply ordering
- Manage store staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Open and close store books for auditors, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Order parts and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is always up-to-date
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Computer and technology knowledge, including point of sale systems and word processing software
