Key Responsibilities:- Store Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales and Revenue: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, provide coaching and feedback, and ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
- Inventory and Stock Control: Manage inventory levels, receive and process shipments, and maintain accurate stock records.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
Our retail store is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will work closely with a team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service. You will be required to work under pressure, multitask, and maintain attention to detail.
